Restorative stretch is a form of physical activity that focuses on gentle, slow stretching exercises designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote relaxation.

This type of mindful movement is beneficial for reducing stress, improving posture, increasing range of motion, and aiding recovery from physical exertion or injury. It is an essential part of self-care and will offer a calming approach to help the body and mind relax.

Self-Love

This programme will explore the importance of self-love, how you can build a better relationship with yourself and how you can genuinely learn to like yourself and deeply love yourself.

To support your learning, you will have a self-love journaling prompts so you can reflect further. This will deepen your self-love practice and enhance the relationship you have with yourself.
